About Me

Hi, I’m Sinead – a literary agent based in the heart of Manchester. Having built my career in the London publishing industry, I’m here with a mission to launch the careers of exciting debut writers across the UK and Ireland.

My literary agency is new and my service is boutique so my promise to each of my authors is simply this: I will be good to you. You’ll get my full attention and energy, and we’ll work together at every single stage to nurture your talent and your career.

Submissions

Submitting your work to a literary agent can be tricky to get right. That’s why I’m as transparent as possible about how I work and how long everything takes once you submit your work to me.

Step 1 – You Write

Send me your first three chapters, a synopsis of your book and a little bit about yourself.

Step 2 – I Read

I’ll read and review your submission as soon as I can. I receive new submissions every single day, so this may take a little while.

Step 3 – We Talk

If I like what I read, I’ll come back to you to call in your full manuscript and potentially arrange a call or meeting – then we go from there.
